ABOUT THIS COFFEE
This truly exceptional coffee delivers a mouthful of flavors!
As with many Ethiopian coffees from the Guji region, it has a ton of natural sweetness that will delight your sweet tooth. Delicate floral notes like jasmine weave through the fruity tastes of berries and apricots kissed with a note of honey.
Natural processed coffees tend to have deeper flavor notes due to the way the beans were processed. Their natural sweetness shines in the cup.
ABOUT THE REGION
Adola Washing Station, situated in the Guji region, is a communal wet mill located close to the town Anferara. Nearly 1,500 smallholder farmers from the surrounding area contribute coffee cherries to the station each year. Delivery of cherries is made directly to the washing station, or to an Adola collection center in the more remote areas. Adola Washing Station specializes in washed and natural coffee processing methods.
